33 semanas e tudo isso

já estamos com 33 semanas completas e o tempo tá voando!
pode parecer superstição, mas acho 33 um numero mágico.
semana passada fiz ecografia e anteontem fui à obstetra.
o benjamin já está na melhor posição pra nascer: longitudinal, apresentação cefálica e dorso à esquerda (traduzindo, tá de cabeça pra baixo, do lado esquerdo).
no dia 13 ele já media 41 cm (!!!) e tinha o peso estimado de 1,924 kg. como dizem que nessa reta final o bebê pode engordar até 200g por semana, é bem capaz de ele já estar com uns 2,2 kg. meu magrelinho comprido!
como em toda ecografia ele aparenta ter 1 semana a mais que a indicada, a médica disse que há grandes chances dele nascer antes de completar 40 semanas.
minha torcida é pra que chegue ainda em agosto. dia 28 seria legal (tenho muitas histórias com o número 28) mas 30 seria melhor porque é segunda e o maridíssimo pode pegar licença a semana inteira.

de uma semana pra cá eu fiquei com cara de pata: o nariz inchou de um jeito absurdo e volta e meia eu fico com uma cara como de quem chorou por horas.
a maquiagem tem sido minha melhor amiga e eu confesso que passo no mínimo um corretivo, rímel e blush nem que seja pra ir na padaria da esquina.
se antes eu esquecia que estava grávida (e saía esbarrando a barriga em todo canto, achando que ainda cabia nos lugares), agora eu esqueci como é não estar mais nessa condição.
fui ver uma cinta pós parto tamanho 38 (veja bem, eu vestia 34 ou um 36 que ficava frouxo) e achei a coisa mais minúscula do mundo: “não, moça! isso não vai caber em mim não! é muito pequeno!” e ela disse pra eu ficar tranquila que aquilo vestia até 40. perdi totalmente a noção. claro que eu não comprei. acho que preciso de uma cinta 44.
já to até me vendo com meses de pós parida me espremendo pra passar em lugares gigantes, fazendo umas manobras esquisitas pra levantar da cama e achando que aquele ronco no estômago ou aqueles gases estranhos são, na verdade, o bebê mexendo.

meu plano de engordar só 10 kg foi por água abaixo. se nos primeiros três meses eu só engordei 1,5 kg e se com 5 meses eu jurava que minha barriga não ia aparecer nunca na vida, agora eu já estou com 11 kg a mais e todo mundo pergunta se o bebê já está pra nascer. peralá! ainda não to nem com 8 meses!
e dizem que é normal a mulher ganhar meio quilo por semana nas últimas 7 semanas. ou seja, é bem capaz de eu acabar com 14 kg a mais que no começo fácil fácil. chega arrepio.

já comecei a lavar umas roupinhas. semana passada foi a vez da maquinada de roupas claras (sou da teoria da lia de que, se a roupa não serve pra lavar na máquina, então não presta. a escravidão já chegou ao fim há tempos!) e eu fiquei babando com o varalzinho:

e a novidade da semana é: quando eu aperto os seios, sai o tal colostro. é emocionante, esquisito e até nojento (as super mães que me perdoem). um líquido meio amarelado com uns pontinhos claros. aí eu sai do banho e acabo por não resistir: fico me ordenhando como se fosse uma vaca. me chamem de estranha, mas essa experiência materna é muito louca. parece que a gente vira bicho. onde já se viu, uma ser humana gerar outro ser dentro de si e ainda produzir alimento pra ele?
o mundo pode estar avançado no que for com toda essa tecnologia, mas certas coisas nunca vão mudar e é por isso que a gravidez é tão incrível!

Em mim o colostro começou a sair com 16 semanas de gravidez, até assustei! Mas o meu obstetra disse pra não ficar mexendo, porque estimula o útero a ponto de provocar contrações e aí é arriscado o bebê nascer antes!

A reta final de gestação é tão empolgante e Tensa… ao menos todas as grávidas ao meu lado sempre dizem… vc ta ansiosa demais pra ver seu bebe, mas também morrendo de medo com a possível dor do parto…
Eu espero pelo milagre da dilatação pubiana, minha avó e minha mãe não tiveram (minha avó perdeu um bebê por esse motivo) é possível que eu também não tenha, mas acho que as aulas de ballet no final servirão pra algo ^^v

Estamos quase lá né Lu? Quems erá que vem primeiro? Eu engordei 9 kg até agora e confesso que chutei o pau da barraca porque no mês passado não engordei nada e fiquei me sentindo….agora já foi 1kg em 1 semana. Socorrooooo. Mas a gente retém mais líquido nessa fase mesmo, vide os inchaços. Mas vc vai parir e sair do Hospital igual a Angélica, de calça jeans. Pode apostar. Já lavei grande parte das roupas e dos lençóis. Agora só falta algumas peças de linha. E arrumar a malinha e torcer para o tempo passar depressa.

Lu, eu também apertava o colostro, e aproveitava pra passar nos mamilos e nas auréolas, sei lá, pra hidratar. Se serviu pra alguma coisa não sei, mas não tive nada de rachaduras.
Acho que servem em você, ficaram justíssimas em mim.
Quanto à cinta, quer as minhas? Pensei em guardar pra próxima gravidez, mas provavelmente não vou querer usar de novo, e não quero ficar igual "cisternas rotas que não retêm água", amarrando meus bens…

eu inflei nos últimos períodods da gestação, a ponto de nem havaiana entrar no pé…kkkk
depois passa e vc volta a ser a princesa de sempre.

Oi. Tô com 37 semanas e mais grávida do que nunca!!! Parece que minha barriga sempre existiu… rsrsrs… Espero realmente que tudo volte ao "normal" logo depois do parto. Menina, até agora o colostro não deu as caras por aqui não, mas tenta se segurar e não ordenha não, isso realmente pode levar a um parto fora de hora. É pq toda vez que vc tenta ordenha, vc acaba estimulando a contração uterina. Vc nunca ouviu uma mulher falando que na hora de amamentar às vezes sente um pouquinho de cólica? É por isso… Tenta se controlar… rsrsrs… Bjos!!!

Nossa Lú, parece que foi ontem que vc tava com 8 ou 9 semanas contando que estava grávida e hoje tá aí, super mãe…uauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu vôou né não?
Bom 33 semanas já é 8 meses sim né, e vc volta logo logo, cuidado na amamentaçào, a gente ve que emagrece muito rápido pós parto e dá uma abusadinha da comilança na amamentação, porque dá uma fome do cão…rs, mas passa, eu engordei 11kg e o David nasceu de 40 semanas, ou seja, em 1 mês pós parto já usava minhas calças jeans, a barriga muda, mas com o tempo vai voltando, gym ajuda, mas é uma das últimas coisas que vc vai pensar, te juro…rs, bom e quanto ao nariz de batatinha eu costumo chamar, básico, todo mundo fica com ele, e a sensação de que vc tá assim é só sua, tenho certeza que todo mundo tá te achando lindaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa rs rs rs , que legal que o pessoa lindo príncipe dos mares tá na melhor posição, super boa sorte tá? reta final, enjoy!bjs

Essa fase de lavar as roupinhas é muito gostosa. aquele cheirinho de bb que vai tomando conta da casa. e as coisinhas vão finalmente tomando forma. bom de mais. não sei se já te falei, mas não esquece de cheirar a boquinha dele qdo nascer, é simplesmente o melhor cheirinho do mundo.

menina, essa varalzada eu lavei toda junta.
ralei coco em barra, dissolvi na água e taquei tudo na máquina. enxaguei três vezes e funcionou.
fica tudo meio duro, mas é normal. na hora de passar a gente coloca um vaporzinho pra amenizar a situação.
qdo o bebe estiver maiorzinho eu começo a colocar um tico de amaciante, pq ngm merece roupa dura assim

olha, eu passo raiva com a minha secadora.
porque como lavadora ela é excelente, perfeita! mas pra secar é uma desgraça.. a roupa sai mais molhada que antes de começar. eu tenho q ver com a assistencia se isso é normal, pq ela funciona assim desde sempre. o problema é que já saiu da garantia.. mesmo assim vale a pena brigar por isso.
enfim, eu lavei tudo junto mesmo. tudo que era clarinho, igual eu faço com as minhas roupas mesmo. funcionou e ficou ótimo (le ali em cima como eu fiz)

Luíza e Regina, o meu obstetra recomendou que eu massageasse bastante o seio e deixasse o colostro sair a vontade na hora do banho, para estimular o seio desde a gravidez. Ele disse que não se deve estimular só em caso de gravidez de risco. E foi dito e feito, meus seios nunca nem racharam porque até o colostro saia com facilidade e o bebê nem precisou sugar muito tempo para satisfazer. E olha que eu nem tinha bico! Acho que essa ordenha foi um instinto bem legal da Luíza…hehe…

Meu primeirinho nasceu de 39 semanas e 4 dias! Foi mais tranquilo.
Já a segunda nasceu de 41 semanas e 2 dias!!!!
Ansiedade era meu sobrenome, rssss
A enfermeira que me acompanhou falou que poderia chegar a 42 semanas!!!
Mas eu corria da cirurgia, aceitei meu destino, rssss
E minha bebeca nasceu linda e forte com 3,500 Kg.

Logo que o seu Baby nascer vc já vai perder uns 5 quilos, te juro.
Vc é magrinha como eu sempre no manequin 36 ou 34, bem eu engordei 13Kg na gravidez, eu tenh 1,60, a médica dizia que o meu ideal seria 9Kg, bem depois que o meu Baby nasceu eu perdi 16kg eu sumi!
