minha última mudança física (residencial) tem me trazido muitas mudanças psicológicas.
na verdade acho que tudo começou um pouco antes de mudar de casa. ou seja, me mudei porque já estava mudando (complexo).
mas de uns meses para cá resolvi rever alguns conceitos que eu achava já estarem estabelecidos e isso tem se acentuado muito mais quando decidi que engravidaria ainda neste ano.
conversando com meu marido percebi que quanto mais um determinado assunto me causa repulsa, maior é a possibilidade de aquilo ser certo e eu estar errada.
é natural que sintamos uma certa ojeriza por alguns assuntos que nos confrontam.
mas a pergunta é: será que estamos realmente dispostos a dar o braço a torcer e mudar nosso ponto de vista?
absorventes reutilizáveis, alimentação natural, fralda de pano, cama compartilhada, são apenas alguns dos tantos exemplos que eu poderia citar que me incomodaram profundamente no primeiro momento, mas que decidi ir atrás e entender por que outras pessoas pensavam de modo diferente do meu.
é ruim ser contrariado.
pior ainda é descobrir que está errado.
mas o melhor disso tudo é poder romper com algo que te prendia há tanto tempo só porque você aprendeu que esse era o jeito certo.
não tem jeito, alguns decidem seguir a maré, outros nadam contra a correnteza, mas o mais importante é você sentir que está fazendo o certo.
e se vc sentir que algo te incomoda profundamente (quem sabe esse post, por que não?), tente ver o ponto de vista da outra pessoa e entender por que ela pensa ou age dessa maneira.
você pode descobrir um jeito muito melhor de enxergar a vida.
