dia desses, catucando por aí, encontrei um livreto que ganhei no comecinho da gravidez entitulado “manual da mamãe”. um guia com algumas dicas e abarrotado de propagandas.
dobrei a orelhinha das páginas interessantes no meio daquele mar de coisas inúteis. foi aí que achei essas dicas que até que são bem bacanas.

são dicas de gustavo sarti, autor do livro “o que toda mulher precisa saber sobre moda”
lá vai:

13 dicas pra ficar (mais) linda nos 9 meses

  1. aposte nos looks monocromáticos. mesmo que a roupa seja mais clara (como bege e até branco), o impacto de uma única cor alonga e, portanto, emagrece;
  2. o ideal é que casacos e blusas fiquem abaixo dos quadris. eles alongam o torso, fazendo a pessoa parecer mais alta;
  3. listras verticais podem ser interessantes, mas é preciso lembrar que roupas bicolores engordam mais ainda. evite roupas grandes e muito frouxas;
  4. use um cabelo bonito e aposte nos acessórios (só não exagere no tamanho). isso chamará atenção para a parte superior do corpo, podendo fazer, inclusive, você parecer mais alta;
  5. grávidas tendem a sentir mais calor, por isso os tecidos indicados são os naturais, como algodão e seda. use vestidos de malha (especialmente com fechamento estilo cachecoeur). a linha transversal ao longo do corpo confunde a visão, disfarçando a barriguinha, e o tecido que cai suavemente sobre as curvas cria uma leveza no visual (essa dica fica pras barrigudas no fim da gravidez);
  6. se não estiver exageradamente fora do peso, aproveite a moda das leggings com blusas de malha e/ou minivestidos. neste caso, o preto é bastante indicado e pode ser coringa se usado com uma cor (também escura) que destaque para complementar o visual;
  7. sapatilhas, sandálias rasteiras e sapatos com saltos grossos são os mais indicados na gravidez, por conta do inchaço nos pés. reserve os de salto alto para alguns eventos sociais ou reuniões de trabalho;
  8. invista no básico. como você vai usar muitas vezes a mesma roupa, é melhor comprar peças básicas para não enjoar;
  9. não economize para se sentir bonita. se precisar ia a uma reunião de negócios, compre uma camisa. se precisar ir a uma festa, compre um vestido. nada de ficar em casa se achando feia;
  10. dose as proporções. a roupa não deve ser exageradamente solta. se a blusa for mais larga, use com uma calça justa ou vice versa;
  11. compre calças em lojas especializadas (recomendo mesmo!). a cintura dessas calças acompanha o crescimento da barriga. dá pra usar durante toda a gestação e garante o conforto;
  12. use sutiãs com boa sustentação;
  13. dica da luíza: 9 meses passam voando. veja o que é prioridade pra você. por um lado, talvez esta seja a sua última (ou única) gravidez. vale a pena curtir e sentir-se maravilinda. por outro, talvez você não esteja nadando em rios de dinheiro. não se endivide sem poder. se precisar gastar dinheiro em algumas peças, compre umas que sirvam também no pós parto, como as calças e bermudas para gestantes (visto que a barriga não volta no mesmo dia), ou roupas que facilitem na hora de amamentar, como camisas ou vestidos com botões frontais.

não vou dizer que concordo perfeitamente com todas as dicas, mas achei que são bastante úteis.

  4. Eu não gosto de barriga de grávida de fora…não mesmo, ai que nervoso do umbigo…nhé….e outra se de roupa já vinham enfiar a mão na minha barriga (eu odiaaaaaaaaaaaava), imagina com ela de fora…no no no…barriga de grávida não é pública!! Eu acho brega, mas é a minha opinião, gosto é gosto né

Pois é, acho que ele fala como se a barriga fosse algo a se disfarçar (looks monocromáticos emagrecem, acessório grandes desviam a atenção) e tudo que eu queria durante a gestação era que a barriga fosse o centro das atenções. Vale mais pro pós, pras mulheres que, como eu, não são a Cláudia Leite.

    Meu closet ficou reduzido a 1/4. É tudo o que me serve (principalmente nos seios) e é eficaz pra amamentar.

  6. Gostei do look da foto, mas eu não comprei nada de grávida. Sei lá, tudo o que vi vendendo na feira era tão bregão…
    eu consegui usar os meus jeans… adaptei usando um cintão e ficou bem legal. E vestidos largos e rodados. Pronto!!

  8. Alias, o que mais usei até hoje foram VESTIDOS. Às vezes, pareço uma doida na rua com vestido e jaqueta jeans, mas WHO CARES?? Acho o mais confortável.

  9. tem um tipo de vestido que acho que chamam de tipo envelope…. eu tenho um e é a coisa mais versátil, eu usava antes da gravidez e quando eu fui aumentando, era só alargar o vestido e na hora de amamentar tbm é mto fácil, é só puxar o pano pro lado e o peito já tá pra fora, muito mais fácil que botão ou levantar a blusa

    O que faltou na lista, ao meu ver, é sair maquiada semmppreee!!! E abusar do perfume desde que você não enjooe com ele, porque depois que o bebê nascer é difícil sair com perfume forte, né?!

  14. Gostei das dicas, mas não concordo com o disfarce do barrigão.
    Mulher grávida tem mais é que exibir a pança por aí. Acho que ficamos lindas grávidas.
    Eu adorava sair com o barrigão em evidência (mas não barriga de fora – aih eu já acho que é demais. Questão de gosto, mesmo).
    Claro que não curtia o povo que vinha colocando a mão, achando que era público, mas roupas que valorizam a barriga são o máximo!!

    eu precisava deitar pra conseguir colocar e mesmo assim era difícil. aquelas meias kendall..

    maquiagem, SEMPRE! tem que levar um kit pra maternidade, inclusive.
    mas perfume eu parei de usar na gravidez. achava o cheiro muito forte. aí descobri uns dois mais levinhos que eu uso até hj

    esse cara é que é um mané. nunca foi grávido e não sabe o que é ficar torcendo pra o tempo passar pra barriguinha aparecer logo.

    vou criar a 14a dica: PRA UMA BARRIGUINHA SOBRESSALENTE, USE BATINHAS, BLUSAS MAIS FROUXAS OU AMARRE UMA FAIXA ACIMA DA BARRIGA, ABAIXO DO PEITO, PRA MARCAR A BARRIGUINHA

Bom dia Rebeca, é importantissimo que as mulheres que estão gradivas, procure sim uma loja especializada em roupas e acessorios para gestantes, porque você pode esta dizendo isto agora, porém uma gravidez sem o cuidados necessarios como roupas para gestantes e principalmente as calzinhas que dará o conforto e a certeza que vc nao ter marcas na sua barriga ou as famosas estrias que toda mulher gravida corre o risco de ter, e tudo poque nao usou os hidratantes e vestimentos necessarios, ai fica esta dica do paizão de dois filhos, que esta com a esposa gravida de 6 meses e conhece bem todas estas tematicas de cuidar dos queridinhos bebes e da minha amada.
